This interdisciplinary program combines built environment sustainability concepts with entrepreneurial skills to empower students to launch and manage sustainable business ventures. Students will explore topics such as renewable energy, sustainable design, ethical supply chains, green marketing, and environmental policy, alongside foundational business skills like finance, marketing, and innovation.
Graduates of this program can pursue roles such as building sustainability analyst, sustainability consultant, energy efficiency entrepreneur, renewable energy entrepreneur, etc.
We will explore potential transfer pathways to the University of Dayton through their ITAC program as well as to various sustainability degrees managed by the Hanley Sustainability Institute. The University of Dayton is a subawardee for the Sinclair ITAC, providing technical support and participating in our Advisory Board.
