Sally Caspers—Veteran Services Coordinator
Sally Caspers is a veteran of the US Air Force. She is currently serving as the Veteran Services Coordinator and VA Certifying Official at Sinclair Community College. Prior to arriving at Sinclair, Sally earned a bachelor's degree in Russian/Area Studies from American University in Washington, D.C., and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Since leaving active duty, she has been working to help veterans transition from military to civilian life and into higher education.
Michael Blanton—VA Work Study
Terrance M. Blanton graduated from Paul L. Dunbar High School and enlisted in the US Army in June of 2000 to 2004, serving in Korea. After active duty, he continued to serve in the United States Army Reserve. He enrolled at Sinclair Community College and graduated in 2008 with an Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. During his service in the Army Reserve, he deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2009-2010. He is currently enrolled at Sinclair in pursuit of an Engineering Science degree.
Brett Mack—VA Work Study
Brett Mack is a veteran of the US Army and served from 1983 until 1997. Brett is currently a full-time student at Sinclair, majoring in Liberal Arts. He enjoys working with the veterans here at Sinclair very much. Brett plans to attend Wright State University and earn his degree in Rehabilitation Services and continue to help others.
Ricky Sickles—VA Work Study
Ricky Sickles is a veteran of the US Army. He served in the US Army Medical Corps and deployed to Iraq in 2003–2004 as a combat field medic. Ricky is currently enrolled at Sinclair and pursuing a degree in the UAS/UAV program.
