About Jeffrey A. Miller, Interim Vice President, Workforce Development and Corporate Services
Jeff has 25 years of management, business services, operations, and contract and procurement experience. In his role with Sinclair Workforce Development, Jeff creates and implements effective strategies to increase the division’s reach and responsiveness to regional employers and individuals’ needs. His strong partnerships with internal and external constituents allow him to leverage and develop intellectual capital to exceed client demands, and to continue to grow the division’s training and development offerings. Jeff also ensures continuous process improvements within the division utilizing such techniques as Lean and Six Sigma.
A graduate of Missouri Baptist College, with an MBA from the Ancell School of Business at The Western Connecticut State University, Jeff serves on numerous professional advisory and planning committees. He was a longstanding board member of Big Brothers, Big Sisters, as well as a dedicated supporter, volunteer, and former campaign co-chair for Sinclair’s United Way Campaign. Jeff is a graduate of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2007. He presently serves on the Preble County Development Partnership Board.
