What should I expect at the photo and video shoots?
Our team works to make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Photo and video shoots are scheduled each semester, and sites for the shoots span across campus. You and the other students in the shoot will interact and get to know each other, while our photo and video team capture your interaction. We aim for a mix of candid and posed shots, and we strive to keep energy high and fun throughout each shoot.
How will the photos and videos be used?
The photos and videos captured will be used in a range of Sinclair marketing materials, including billboards, the viewbook, the website, social media, and other print and digital advertising pieces.
What happens after I sign up?
You might not be needed right away, but our team schedules multiple shoots throughout the academic year. When you do hear from us, please respond in a timely manner and let our team know your availability. We might also encourage you to bring friends to the shoot!
By completing and submitting the form on this page, you are providing your consent and granting Sinclair Community College the right to use your likeness in any and all marketing materials. This release authorizes the College to utilize your image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
