Flexible Learning Tailored to Your Needs

Sinclair College's certificate programs offer a practical and affordable way to upgrade your skills or change your career path. Whether you're considering returning to school or exploring alternative options to traditional four-year educational programs, completing a certificate program can help you gain the skills you need to succeed.

We offer two types of certificate programs: general certificate programs and short-term technical certificates.

General Certificate Programs

equip you with technical expertise and broader industry knowledge, giving you a deeper understanding and a more competitive edge for a job or vocational area.

Short-Term Technical Certificates

target specific industries, are less credit-intensive, and focus on workforce preparation.

100% Online Learning Options Available!

Can't make it to campus? No problem. Many of our technical certificates can be completed entirely online. Learn at your own pace or around your schedule. Please see your advisor or program chair for more information, and always confirm the format of any course in the Sinclair Registration Portal before you register for classes.

Financial Support Available Through the Ohio Talent Ready Grant

The Ohio Department of Higher Education has created the Talent Ready Grant to support students like you in completing short-term certificate programs linked to high-demand jobs in our local communities. Getting started is simple:
