Meet Aimable Ngabonziza, a Sinclair student, born in Rwanda, who lived there during the genocide in his teens, when his family was able to escape to Belgium.
Aimable will provide information about the country, and will also talk about the genocide and his experience.
2024 is the 30th year anniversary of the Rwandan genocide.
Following the presentation, a vigil will be held to reflect on violence around the world and remember and honor those who have lost their lives.
