You are invited to attend the second talk of the Spring Math Colloquium Series.
Guest presenter is Dr. Adam Parker, Chair of the Math and Computer Science Department at Wittenberg University. He will give a talk titled “Forgotten but not lost: Rediscovering techniques to solve differential equations.”
Dr. Parker recently won the 2014 Polya Award for a paper that evolved from using original sources in an Ordinary Differential Equations course.
The colloquium will start with the recognition of the top finishers in the AMATYC Math Competition and the recipient of the Math Department’s Part-time Faculty Award.
