Sinclair College’s Workforce Development division has been ranked the largest Workforce Development Program for the seventh-straight year by the Dayton Business Journal. The College finished the 2017 calendar year with 12,746 participants.

Bryant, Interim Vice President of Workforce Development for Sinclair College. “Serving our regional employers in meeting their incumbent worker training needs is important work and something we take very seriously. Partnering with community employers is also key to helping fill the workforce pipeline and sustaining it for the long-term success of our regional economy.”
By partnering with local industry leaders, Sinclair provides consulting, training, certifications, custom business solutions and resources relevant to the demands of today's job market in the following practice areas: Assessments (Skills-Based), Health Sciences, Industry Certifications, IT & Cyber Security, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness, Manufacturing Skills Training, Open Enrollment & eLearning, Process Improvement and Safety Training.
