Sinclair College Offering COVID-19 Relief Funding to Assist Students Enrolling for Spring Term

Sinclair Community College continues to offer COVID-19 relief funding and scholarship opportunities to new and current students enrolling for spring term.  Late last year, the Sinclair Board of Trustees approved $500,000 in supplemental scholarship funding for students who are facing hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The global pandemic has presented multiple challenges for students, but Sinclair College is hoping to ease the burden of paying for quality education by offering this special financial relief,” added Dr. Scott Markland, Senior Vice President – Student Development.  “Sinclair’s Admissions staff is standing ready to assist students on their way to graduating with the right skills to succeed in today's in-demand jobs.”

85% of Sinclair’s courses are offered online to ensure safety during the pandemic for students, faculty, and staff.  Extra safety protocols are in place for face-to-face courses.

With one of the lowest tuition rates in Ohio, Sinclair offers nearly 300 degree and certificate programs, including specialized and technical areas of study that are in high demand.
