Sinclair's Centerville Location to Offer Yoga and Tai Chi

The Sinclair Physical Activity Center is excited to offer three Non Credit PED activity classes at the new Centerville location at 5800 Clyo Road starting January, 2019.

PED 6207 – CN1  Non Credit Yoga
Wednesday   6:00 p.m. – 7:55 p.m.           

Designed to focus on the mind and body. This class works with strength and flexibility through a range of poses.

PED 6207 – CW1  Non Credit Yoga  
Saturdays   9:00 a.m. – 10:55 a.m.

Designed to focus on the mind and body. This class works with strength and flexibility through a range of poses.

PED 6219 – CN1   Non Credit Tai Chi
Mondays   6:00 p.m. – 7:55.p.m.        

Designed to focus on the mind and body through a series of slow and gentle movements.
