Description: Survey of the political, social, economic, and cultural development of Native Americans, from prehistoric times to the present, with specific emphasis on Native Americans of Ohio and the Appalachian region.

Notes: Fall only

Description: Overview of the rich diversity of human religiosity and the key beliefs, practices, stories and rituals that serve to connect humans to the sacred. Special attention to unique individuals within each religious tradition. A comparative look at religion in our society.

Description: This course is designed to help new students make a successful transition to Sinclair Community College. Topics include college resources; academic, career and personal services available through Sinclair; learning styles; the learning process; financial responsibility; stress and wellness; and computer literacy through eLearn and library resources.
