This one course certificate is designed for those seeking employment within a call center environment or those interested in improving their customer service skills and telephone techniques. Call centers have become quite sophisticated with effective measures for productivity. Students will learn how a call center operates and how the productivity measures are used.
There are various call centers in Ohio that are working with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and Sinclair to create partnerships to hire Advanced Job Training graduates with specific skills in customer service.
A current articulation agreement with Ohio University accepts certificates offered within the AJT program.
Students who complete the Customer Service Specialist STC will receive a certificate from the National Seminars Training stating that they are Customer Service Certified. This certificate is also endorsed by the International Customer Service Association..
