What is the program about?

Develop management, supervision and leadership skills that company-grade officers need to manage and command multi-company fire situations. This certificate meets the objectives of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 1021, Fire Officer Professional Qualifications Level II.

• Manage fire department personnel and the various administrative functions associated with the position of company officer.

Prerequisites

• Approval of Department
• and Certified Ohio Firefighter and at least three years active duty experience.

Credentials

Current Ohio Firefighter Certification.
