Sinclair is also a member of the Ohio Association of Community Colleges. Programs of study are approved by the Ohio Board of Regents. Sinclair is authorized to grant associate degrees in arts, sciences, applied science, and individualized and technical study.

HLC Third Party Comments Request

Sinclair College has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, its regional accrediting agency, since 1970. Sinclair will host a visit in February 2018, during which a team of peer reviewers representing the Higher Learning Commission, will review the institution's ongoing ability to meet HLC's Criteria for Accreditation. As part of the accreditation process, the College is seeking comments from the public about Sinclair. All comments must be in writing and must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs.
