Sinclair has aligned the College's Title IX policy and procedures with the mandates in the new regulations. Sinclair’s President has established the Title IX Sexual Harassment and Sex Discrimination Procedures to comply with applicable statutes, regulations, and official guidance.
Sinclair’s Board of Trustees adopted the Sexual Harassment and Sex Discrimination Policy on September 15, 2020 to carry out Sinclair’s obligations under Title IX and the new regulations.
Can be used by a Sinclair employee or student if they wish to report a Title IX incident. Sinclair College strongly encourages the prompt reporting of sexual harassment or sex discrimination. This form may be used by:
* A person who believes they experienced sexual harassment; or
* A person who has information that sexual harassment may have been committed.
Your report form will be sent directly to the Sinclair Title IX Coordinator.
This form can be used by a Sinclair employee or student if they wish to file a formal complaint under the Sinclair Sexual Harassment and Sex Discrimination Policy and Procedure. Once a Title IX Formal Complaint is filed, the Complainant may proceed with either the formal investigation process or the informal resolution process.

Sinclair Community College recognizes that there may be instances when those involved in a possible Title IX incident wish to resolve the underlying dispute without a formal Title IX investigation and decision-making process. Sinclair’s voluntary, structured Informal Resolution Process is designed to address the parties’ concerns while also protecting their procedural rights.
