Sinclair Community College is committed to providing an academic, work, and study environment free of inappropriate and disrespectful sexual conduct and communication in any form. All students, faculty, and staff are protected under and subject to the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment and Sex Discrimination Policy  and the Title IX Sexual Harassment and Sex Discrimination Procedures. Sinclair will conduct its programs, services, and activities in accordance with applicable federal laws, including Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, state and local laws, and Sinclair policies.
