Mail Personal Check / Cashier's Check / Money Order - (Paid to the order of Sinclair and please include Sinclair Tartan ID Number, Driver's License or State ID Number on check)

Use Sinclair's Payment Center at my.sinclair.edu

  1. Login to "my.sinclair" portal
  2. Locate the Account Summary Tile
  3. Click on Make Payment -or- Payment Plan to set up a payment plan for the current term
  4. It will transition to the Payment Center
  5. If a balance is owed payments can be made by either clicking on Make Payment on the top menu bar or by clicking, Make Payment under the View Account section and by following instructions accordingly. If you wish to enroll in the Payment Plan for the current term you may click on Payment Plans on the top menu bar

To Make a Non-Tuition Payment please 

Visit the Sinclair iPay page and choose a fee to pay by clicking the needed fee tile. Input your information and choose Card Payment. Follow the instructions to pay.

 Sign up for a tuition payment plan for the current term. You will use your my.sinclair username and password to log in. Click on Payment Plans on the top menu bar within the Payment Center.

$25.00 nonrefundable per term enrollment fee

Pay your Tuition and Fees in your local currency from nearly any country.

Go to the "Make Payment" tab, choose TransferMate in the drop-down menu and follow the prompts.

Employer & Agency Sponsorship Company Purchase Order or Approved Voucher Appropriate papers and notification must be received in the Bursar Office by the published payment deadline each term.
Financial Aid & Scholarships Federal and State Awards (e.g. Pell Grant & Loans) & Scholarships

College Credit Plus
(CCP) 
Program that gives students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to take college courses.

Student Refunds Sinclair utilizes BankMobile Disbursements to deliver financial aid and other school refunds to Sinclair students. All students are required to select a refund delivery preference.

Use Sinclair's portal at my.sinclair.edu

  • Login to "my.sinclair"
  • Type in Student Refunds in the Search Field at the top of the portal page
  • Save it to your Favorites Section by clicking on  next to Student Refunds
  • Once in your Favorites Section:
    • You will click on it which will transition you to the needed page; follow instructions to select your refund delivery preference
    • You can access it from there for future needs too

Term Statement  

To view and/or print a Term Statement use Sinclair's portal at my.sinclair.edu

  • Login to "my.sinclair"
  • Locate the Account Summary Tile
  • Click on Full View in upper right-hand corner of tile
  • Click Account Activity
  • Toward middle of Account Activity page select term you wish to view a statement 
  • Click View Statement
