Mission
Fostering game-changing innovation in education by empowering faculty, students, and all learners to embrace new teaching and learning approaches. The lab provides guidance, mentorship, and collaboration, building connections within and beyond the college community. Encouraging open dialogue, experimentation, and a forward-thinking mindset is the mission of the Innovation Lab.

The principles of the innovation Lab guide its mission and actions and ensures the lab plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of teaching and learning in higher educaiton.

The Innovation Lab believes in being a catalyst for change in higher education; and encourages and supports innovative practices that challenge the status quo, which ultimately leads to positive transformation in teaching and learning.

The Innovation Lab provides a safe and collaborative environment where faculty, students, and community partners can experiment, take risks, and explore new approaches to teaching and learning. This space encourages open dialogue and fosters a culture of experimentation.
- Empowerment of Individual Ideas
The Innovation Lab team values and actively seeks out the ideas and contributions of individuals, including faculty and students. By empowering individuals and their innovative ideas, the lab can collectively drive progress in education and technology.

The Innovation Lab is committed to promoting and facilitating learning about innovation and technology, even for those who may be initially resistant. Bridging the gap between technology and teaching, helping all stakeholders grow and adapt to the changing landscape of education.
