Students who choose to purchase their own personal computers are not required to install all of the software applications and fonts that are in the Design computer labs. Students with personal computers should initially install the “core applications.”
For information on the hardware and software in the Design labs. It is highly recommended users purchase and install an antivirus software application of their choice. There is a student discount available for "clamXAV" antivirus software available at https://www.clamxav.com
New for FALL 2024, students currently enrolled in Design courses will receive a FREE subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud software. Please note this subscription is only available while in enrolled in IND or VIS courses, and access will be removed upon withdrawal from courses, and/or at the end of each term.
The Design Master Tutor, Geana (Gina), is available in the Design Lab, Tutoring & Learning Center (TLC), and/or via Zoom.
