Dr. Jennifer Kostic joined Sinclair in 2001. In May 2024, she assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Administration. Over her years at Sinclair, she has held positions as the Vice President of Organizational Development, Associate Provost, and Human Resources Manager. In these roles, Jennifer has worked to provide employees with opportunities for personal and professional development, promote a positive organizational culture, develop employee training and talent attraction programs, and make Sinclair a great place to work. Jennifer has also served as an adjunct faculty member, teaching Interpersonal Communication and Effective Public Speaking from 2001 to present.

Human Resources

The mission of the Sinclair College Human Resources Department is to offer comprehensive services to faculty and staff, including onboarding, compensation and benefits, employment opportunities, employee relations, training programs and professional development. We are dedicated to delivering these services to our co-workers in a timely, caring, and respectful manner.

Our goal is to enhance employee effectiveness by fostering a quality workplace that supports Sinclair's vision and mission.

The office of Organizational Development at Sinclair is dedicated to nurturing and supporting our employees, ensuring that our policies and practices align with the College's mission, vision, and strategic initiatives.

This alignment of strategy, structure, and investment in our employees is what allows us to:

Facilities Management

The Facilities Management Department at Sinclair College is dedicated to maintaining the campus's aesthetic and functional standards. Our mission is to ensure the upkeep of buildings, grounds, utilities, equipment, and mechanical and electrical systems in a cost-effective manner. By doing so, we provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for the entire college community. Our commitment ensures that the College's teaching and community service activities proceed smoothly without interruption.

Facilities Management responsibilities include HVAC & Plumbing, Building and Grounds, Service Control, Planning & Construction, Maintenance, Custodial Services, Space Management, Keys & Security Control, as well as fulfilling work requests, furniture moves, and setting up for events.


Information Technology

Information Technology consists of nine area functions: Information Security, Application Administration, Application Delivery, Application Development, End-User Computing, Network Operations Center, Server-Based Computing, Telecommunications, and User Support.

Information Technology’s mission is to continuously improve delivery of affordable, quality, lifelong learning opportunities by providing and leveraging an effective set of Information Technology tools which enhance student learning and facilitate student success including:

  • Academic technology
  • Account and password information
  • Help Desk assistance
  • Discounts for hardware and cellular services
  • Email accounts and access to course mail
  • Network services including internet, wireless, and remote access, etc.
  • Printing and copying services
  • Distribution of software
  • Wireless and mobile access

Public Safety/Campus Police

The staff and officers in the Department of Public Safety are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for students, employees, and visitors. They serve the campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing emergency services, responding to criminal and non-criminal incidents, providing escorts to your vehicle, or assisting in finding a lost item.

Title IX
