Annually contracted faculty are crucial to the success of students and the academic divisions and departments they serve. The Annually Contracted Faculty of the Year Award celebrates one annually contracted faculty member from each academic division.

The Sinclair Honors Program is designed to meet the needs of students who seek intellectual challenges and are willing to assume more responsibility for their learning experience. To recognize faculty members who support honors students, the program awards one faculty member each year as the Honors Faculty of the Year.
The American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) is the primary advocacy organization for the nation's community colleges. AACC has a variety of awards to honor two-year institutions.
Named in honor of former AACC President and CEO, the Dale P. Parnell Distinguished Faculty Award designation has been established to recognize individuals making a difference in the classroom. The Provost's Office will call for nominations and select the winner.
The Ohio Association of Two-Year Colleges (OATYC) strives to foster cooperation and communication among Ohio's two-year institutions. OATYC has three different Teacher Awards that Sinclair consistently participates in annually.
The Faculty Senate at Sinclair submits one adjunct faculty member to be recognized for their teaching excellence by OATYC and who then is considered for the overall Adjunct Teacher of the Year Award.
The Faculty Senate at Sinclair submits one full-time faculty member to be recognized for their teaching excellence by the OATYC and who then is considered for the overall Full-time Teacher of the Year Award.
The Faculty Senate at Sinclair submits one early career full-time faculty member to be recognized for their teaching excellence by the OATYC and who then is considered for the overall John Fallon Early Teacher of the Year Award.
Sinclair is a board member college of the League for Innovation. The League honors faculty, staff, and administrators at member colleges who have implemented innovation that improves the institution's ability to serve students and the community; and recognizes outstanding faculty, staff, and leaders in the community college field.
The Provost's Office at Sinclair manages the Innovation of the Year Award. This award recognizes a project or program that reflects capstone achievements and the continuing renewal of the spirit of innovation and experimentation.
Being recognized as a League for Innovation Teaching Excellence Award winner is one of Sinclair's highest accomplishments for faculty members.
