Required, recommended, and optional supplies for Culinary Arts classes are listed below:

Uniforms for lab classes are available in the Tartan Campus Book Store.

A knife kit is part of the uniform and is also required. 

  • HMT 1101 students are required to have FULL UNIFORM AND SUPPLIES by the second week of the semester.
  • The DINING ROOM SERVICE ATTIRE will be required later in the semester. 
  • The chef's uniform is required dress in HMT lab classes.  No exceptions.
