CAT 2411 Commercial Building Code
Students will learn the proper use of the International Building Code provisions for administration, occupancy, types of construction, materials, fire-resistive standards, exiting, and detailed regulations. Students will understand Ohio building code processes and application, and develop career awareness for code enforcement. Two classroom, two lab hours per week.
