PRL 4000 SME Work Experience
This course is designed to capture, and document, work experiences for students transferring to a four-year university; or for students who are required by a company to be registered in an internship/co-op to be eligible to work. Students establish learning outcomes and prepare a reflection form upon completion of their internship experience.

Outcomes
- Completion of the Worksite Agreement Contract submitted to SME Internship Office, signed by work experience student and host locations manager, supervisor, or ranking official.
- Successfully work in an aligned profession matched to a program of study to employ skills learned throughout the academic pathway at Sinclair College.
- Comprehend and demonstrate application of technical skills utilizing industry technology. Recognize and respond to work related issues.
- Understand the ethical responsibilities held by professionals in the aligned industry.
